How to Watch the August 1, 2008 Solar eclipse

The Solar Eclipse will cut a path across the globe from China, Canada, Northern Greenland, The Arctic, and Mongolia. If you don't live in any of these areas you still can see the eclipse online or on television. NASA television will be broadcasting it live. They will also be streaming it on the web.

Check for updates here on the NASA site

The actual page for the eclipse will be at: www.nasa.gov/eclipse

Here is a video of the actual eclipse take from the nasa cast - It gets really nice about 1 minute into it. Really amazing how primal people get when it happens :)

Coverage will start at 6 a.m. Eastern Standard Time and they have a nice video that shows the path of the eclipse across the globe and talks a little bit about eclipses.
